Prices and discounts

Pre-season: The prices apply to a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment and night, with a minimum occupancy of 2 individuals.

The price includes:

the use of a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV with radio, electricity and heating, bread service, garage parking, as well as all fees and taxes, except for the local tax. The amount of the local tax is calculated on the basis of the municipal ordinance applicable at the time of the stay in the municipality (July 2014: € 1.75 per person and day from 14 years).

Equipment (i.e., crib, baby seat) for Children

by request only: 5€ per day

Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 10 € per day (food is not included). Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet. Potential damage caused by the pet will be charged to your final bill.

Booking

Please note: The booking of the apartment will become binding at the payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Additional charges and terms of payment

Deposit: We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit has been paid. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Cleaning cost: One-time fee: 55,00 €

Payment:

Please pay cash on site. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

Arrival & Departure

Arrival: Check-in time on your arrival day starts at 1 pm. You are welcome to arrive before 1 pm, but we cannot guarantee that your apartment will be ready for you to use. We politely ask you to notify us in case of a delay of your arrival.
Departure: Check-out time on your departure day will be no later than 9.30 am.

Cancellation

Cancellation conditions apply according to Art. 1382 (Civil Code).
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, a right to withdrawal does not exist. However, we grant you the right to withdraw according to the following cancellation conditions as defined in art. 1382 (Civil Code)
Up until 30 days prior to your date of arrival, you can cancel your booking without paying any cancellation fees.
If you do not show for your booked reservation, you will still be held accountable for paying the full amount for your entire stay.
Please let us know in a timely manner if you have to cancel your reservation.
We highly recommend you obtain an insurance that will cover the fees of a potential late cancellation of your reservation. You can find more information regarding insurance details in the following link:
